The Brain Performance Booster Handbook provides summary notes, treatments for mental health, brain rewiring strategies, learning and memory strategies, behavior change, guidelines for meal preparation, and recipes.
3. Home Wellness Spa
Use the handbook to guide you in planning and implementing your home spa. Included is a 10-day program with menus and activities that incorporate all other resources listed in the app.
