Move At Home

Get the whole family moving. Enjoy regular workout sessions that include aerobics, resistance training, high intensity interval training (HIIT), metabolic resistance training (MRT), stretching, and balancing. We have been using this combination, with great success, to help persons reverse diabetes, high blood pressure, and gut problems; as well as aid in weight loss or gain and brain health for improved memory.

Workout with us every Monday to Friday, 5.00-6.00am AST or 4.00-5.00am EST. If you cannot attend the live workout, get the same workout later in the day. In addition, access workout videos to use at your convenience and satisfy your health needs.

You can have access to the Move At Home Club when you subscribe for the Brain Health and Total Wellness App or for the Health Recovery program.
