It is important to add raw vegetables and herbs to your diet. The digestive enzymes in raw vegetables are very beneficial in the natural detox-cleansing process. Beneficial vegetables are: spinach, kale, broccoli, carrots, beets, cabbage, cauliflower, arugula, Brussel sprouts, artichokes, and asparagus. Herbs that detox the body to improve brain health include: chlorella and spirulina that bind heavy metals and mercury while providing nutrients; curcumin (in turmeric) and cilantro pull out heavy metals from the brain; curcumin, ginger, and garlic reduce inflammation; iodine flushes out chlorine and fluoride toxins; ashwagandha, milk thistle, berberine, aloe vera, bentonite clay, wheat grass, barley grass, red clover, burdock root, dandelion, and neem are for total inner body cleanse.
